Rob heads the Firm's Securities, Finance and Gaming practices. From 1995 - 2002, Rob served as a member of the board of directors of MTR Gaming Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNTG). In that capacity, Rob obtained gaming or racing licenses in three states, including Nevada. Rob is a member of the bars of Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania and Maryland. Rob earned his B.A. in 1983 from the University of Virginia and his J.D. in 1986 from the Dickinson School of Law (of Pennsylvania State University) where he was a member of the Law Review.
