Edward A. Friedman efriedman@randalaw.com (301) 986-4204 Edward Friedman: Edward joined the Firm in February of 1998 after working in the Securities and Transactional practice groups of Paul Weiss and Parker Chapin in New York City. Since joining the Firm, Ed has been involved primarily in the Firm's Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. Ed represents our clients in various business transactions, helps manage our client's relationships with the SEC and also advises boards of directors on compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other corporate governance requirements. Ed is a member of the bars of Israel, New York and Maryland. Ed earned his LLB in 1985 from Tel Aviv University and his MCL in 1988 from George Washington University. Back to Roster
