Since joining the firm, Larry has been primarily involved in the Firm's Corporate and Transactional practice while also providing tax advice. In addition to his law degree, Larry is a CPA (inactive) and received the Elijah Watt Sells Award with Distinction for having one of the highest 120 scores nationwide on the May 1983 CPA examination. Larry is also a Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA). Larry began his career with Skadden Arps in New York City as a tax associate. Larry is a member of the bars of Washington, D.C., New York and Maryland. Larry earned his B.S. in Economics in 1982 from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance (graduating Magna Cum Laude), his J.D. in 1986 from Stanford University, and his LLM in Taxation in 1989 from New York University.
