Jonathan S. Cohen jcohen@randalaw.com (301) 986-4206 Jonathan S. Cohen: Jonathan joined the firm in March of 2003. Since joining the firm, Jonathan has been involved in the Firm's Commercial Real Estate, Securities, Finance, Gaming, Corporate and Transactional practices. Prior to joining the Firm, Jonathan gained experience in complex litigation and corporate transactions as a law clerk at two large law firms in Washington, D.C. Jonathan is a member of the bar of the State of Maryland. Jonathan earned his B.S.F.S. in 1995 from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and his J.D. in 2002 from Georgetown Law Center.
